Cancellation & Refund Policy
At D-Envision, we strive to provide the best travel experiences for our customers. However, we understand that plans may change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to balance flexibility for our guests while covering the operational costs and commitments we have with our partners.
1. Travel Packages (Including Hotels, Transport, Activities & Tours)
Travel packages involve coordination with multiple service providers, including hotels, transportation companies, and activity operators. Due to this, cancellations will be subject to the following policy:
- Cancellations made 30 days or more before departure: Full refund
- Cancellations made 21–29 days before departure: 75% refund
- Cancellations made 14–20 days before departure: 50% refund
- Cancellations made 7–13 days before departure: 25% refund
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before departure: No refund
2. Private Tours
Private tours are custom experiences arranged exclusively for you. To ensure a smooth operation, we apply the following cancellation terms:
- Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled tour: Full refund
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled tour: No refund
3. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
- Bank processing times may vary, and delays beyond our control may occur.
4. No-Show Policy
- If a guest fails to arrive at the scheduled time for a tour or travel package without prior cancellation, this will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
5. Unforeseen Circumstances & Exceptions
- If a trip or tour is canceled by D-Envision due to unforeseen circumstances (such as extreme weather, natural disasters, or operational challenges), we will offer the option to reschedule or provide a full refund.
- In cases of medical emergencies or other extenuating circumstances, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation may be required.
6. Changes & Modifications
- Date changes for private tours may be accommodated based on availability if requested at least 24 hours in advance.
- For travel packages, modifications are subject to availability and potential additional costs.
